Brittany Pilat-Hopkins
About Brittany
Brittany’s path into health and wellness began with a strong foundation in science, earning her Bachelor of Science in Equine Pre-Veterinary Medicine with a minor in biology from Otterbein University, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic. She discovered her true passion in helping people move with confidence, manage pain, and return to the activities they love. Guided by the belief that health is best improved through movement and a comprehensive lifestyle approach, Brittany empowers those who may feel uncomfortable in the gym to build resilience and lasting confidence.
In addition to coaching some of GSC’s evening classes, Brittany runs her own chiropractic practice inside the gym, where she focuses on movement-based care, injury recovery, and performance support—helping members bridge the gap between training and overall health. She is inspired by individuals who persevere through challenges—values she also lives as an advocate for those with chronic illness, including her own experience with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Outside of GSC, Brittany enjoys horseback riding, figure skating, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Aaron, and their pup, Bronco. She is excited to be part of a community built on gratitude, encouragement, and support.

Stacy Friscia
About Stacy Test
Stacy’s path into fitness didn’t start with a lifelong athletic identity—it started with a decision to try. In 2021, at age 28, she began working with GSC coach Lindsey Yeom, showing up to the gym feeling self-conscious and having to push herself through the door. With consistent coaching, encouragement, and the support of the GSC community, Stacy made real progress and found something even better than “getting in shape”: confidence. She realized how strong and capable she truly was—and that training could actually be fun. After experiencing that transformation firsthand, she became a coach to help others discover the same strength and self-belief.
Stacy’s coaching approach is built on patience and consistency. She knows every member’s goals are personal and take time, and she’s committed to creating a positive environment that helps people keep showing up—especially on the days it feels hardest. Stacy is USAW Level 1 certified in Olympic Weightlifting, with experience in competitive weightlifting and CrossFit. At GSC, she coaches Strength & Sweat and Weightlifting, and she loves inspiring members to step onto the platform, build confidence with the barbell, and celebrate each win along the way.
What inspires Stacy most is community—at GSC and among fellow local weightlifters—because progress is better (and victories are sweeter) when you do it together. Outside the gym, you’ll find her competing in USAW-sanctioned meets or hiking trails around the Pacific Northwest as a dedicated bird watcher, happily counting every bird she can spot.

As a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, he specializes in strength and power training, athletic development, Olympic lifting, CrossFit, and HIIT. He’s also shaped by his own experience overcoming knee injuries through surgery, physical therapy, and smart training—an outlook that reinforces his commitment to helping members move well and stay resilient.
At GSC, Abhram loves the culture of support and accountability—where people consistently push beyond what they thought was possible. Outside the gym, he trains several times a week, enjoys traveling, video games, piano, and airsoft, and is most proud of being a loving husband and father to his son.
